S3 Pro vs M3 Pro

The S3 Pro is the bigger of the two: a 10000mAh battery plus an active cooling fan, at about 984 g. The M3 Pro is lighter and fan-free with a 5200mAh cell for roughly two extra hours. Pick the S3 Pro for the longest runtime and face cooling; pick the M3 Pro for a lighter setup at a lower price.

BOBOVR S3 Pro FAQ

Does it fit the Quest 3 as well as the Quest 3S? Yes. The S3 Pro mounts on the Meta Quest 3S and the Meta Quest 3. It is not made for the Quest 2.

How is the battery different from the M3 Pro? The S3 Pro uses a 10000mAh B100 cell, about double the M3 Pro's 5200mAh, and it releases magnetically so you can hot-swap a charged one.

Is the cooling fan loud? No. The fan runs quietly and its speed is adjustable, so you can turn it down for seated games or up for workouts.
