This strap uses POM+ABS — a tougher engineering-plastic blend than the plain ABS used on most of our other straps — paired with a soft protein-leather lining and a 360-degree knob for quick adjustment.

Returns

2-year limited warranty
- All AR/VR headsets and original accessories bought on MetaNexus XR are covered for 2 years from delivery (1 year for refurbished items), in line with Spain's consumer law (RDL 1/2007, LGDCU).
- If a covered defect is confirmed, we repair the product at no cost.
- To claim, email metanexusxr@gmail.com with your order number, the serial number (if any) and photos or video of the fault.
- Cosmetic wear, misuse and missing components are not covered.
